We use information to provide forecasts, reports, goals, AI guidance, account services, subscription billing, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal or financial information or use it for third-party advertising.
AI processing and service providers
Information may be processed by providers that support authentication, subscription billing, cloud infrastructure, databases, and AI features. Stripe processes payment-card details; Koi Wealth does not store complete card details.
Retention, deletion, and your rights
We retain information while needed to provide the service and meet security, accounting, and legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information through Koi Wealth support.
