These terms govern your access to and use of Koi Wealth AI.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Koi Wealth, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
Financial information and AI guidance
Koi Wealth provides financial-intelligence software and educational AI-generated guidance. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, law firm, accountant, or fiduciary. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
Accounts and financial data
You are responsible for your account security and retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Koi Wealth a limited license to process that information to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payments. You may manage or cancel your plan through the billing portal in account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use and availability
You may not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. Features may change or be interrupted for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product improvement.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs and forecasts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Limitations of liability described in the full interactive terms apply where permitted.
